All returns/refunds/exchanges for orders placed on KoleImports.com must go through Kole Import’s RMA process. All orders are eligible to apply for RMA’s with 21 days of purchase. After 21 days of purchase, Kole Imports is not required to accept back merchandise for any reason.
Kole Imports will accept returns on merchandise that is broken in transit, sent in error and even from buyer’s remorse. If the customer would like to return the merchandise, for whatever reason, without fault to Kole Imports, the customer may do so. In these situations, items may be returned and credit will be given once the merchandise is received in good standing back to Kole Imports warehouse. Kole Imports is not responsible for return shipping charges on returns related to buyer’s remorse.
Kole Imports will refund the cost of the order if the customer received broken merchandise. Also in situations where Kole Imports incorrectly ships the wrong item, the cost of the order will be refunded.
Exchanges and associated costs on orders related to buyer’s remorse can be completed at the expense of the buyer.
